Cant imagine life without it. I said good-bye to paper planners over two years ago. Back then this app wasnt as popular and when I went to my doctors appointment and the nurse asked the infamous question, "When was your last menstrual cycle?" I pulled out my phone as I said, "Let me look." She was so impressed with the app that she downloaded it on her phone right there, lol. When my doctor came in, he asked to see the app too. By the time I left, the whole office was buzzing about it. I did lose some information when upgrading to the pro but I know that was an error on my part and not the app. The greatest benefit of using this app came when I began menopause.
