I love this app. I have used it for years... I have now been using my health app to view all health data in one place and although this app does connect to the health app it doesnt share the most important data-menstruation cycle and sexual activity. Bummed. Paid for this app but now have to use another as this doesnt share what I need to the health app. :(

This app has been extremely helpful, as far as, keeping track of my period and sexual activities. Me upgrading to the Pro just made it that much better. You get more options like there are more symptoms, and you can set reminders for the day before your period comes. And not too mention you have the other options to add when you take pills, or take a birth control test or even the option to switch over to the other app for when youre pregnant. I would recommend this to any woman whos trying to keep up with her womanly self.

I live by this! I am 43 and all Ive ever known was that I had irregular cycles. I had trouble tracking because I was so unlike the "norms" Id been taught that it was just frustrating. This made tracking private and convenient. After all this time, Ive learned that there is a pattern and I have a predictable cycle. Its just much longer that the norm. I also know that although on the 27th, the cramping is not me ghost menstruating as Id been told, its actually me ovulating! Who knew-not my doctors?! Ive used this for several years and I cant go back to life without it. Its given me a way to crack the code on my body and given me a confidence an freedoms that I could never have before this neat little tool!

Easy to use and set up in a convenient way. Wish there were more options for moods that went into more detail than your normal generic feelings that they have on the app. Ive used it for over 3 years and it has truly helped to keep me on track and report things to my doctor and fertility specialist. And its awesome because I can look back and track patterns that Ive experienced.
